Very demanding project given that it was an island lot and in a Northern jurisdiction unfamiliar to us. A lot of moving parts with the builder and demands by the township and utility providers, and thus some delays and unforeseen issues. However, Agent Bryan was very educated on the area and was able to provide us with many offers, which was great from him, but unfortunately, we had to wait til a proper offer because of issues brought on by us to the vendors. Very learning process and would work with Bryan again and recommend him to others. He was very calm at times and accommodating, even though we kept moving the bar, not purposely, but to respond to unforeseen issues.
I can't recommend Bryan enough. We were first-time cottage buyers in 2019. It was great to work with someone who was extremely knowledgeable about the lake we were looking at and the ins and outs of owning and running a cottage.
